Bảo hành sàn composite

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Mọi khiếu nại phải được thực hiện bằng văn bản trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày phát hiện.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Bảo hành chỉ áp dụng khi vật liệu được sử dụng trong điều kiện đi lại bằng chân ở khu dân cư/thương mại nhẹ thông thường.

5. Decking phải được cài đặt theo hướng dẫn cài đặt bằng văn bản của Senrui WPC® hoặc hướng dẫn cài đặt bằng video Senrui WPC®, cả hai đều có sẵn trong tab Tài nguyên trên Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Hư hỏng do đồ đạc, thiết bị, đồ vật có bánh xe hoặc vật dụng ma túy gây ra trên bề mặt vật liệu không được bảo hành theo chế độ bảo hành này.

9. Hư hỏng do hỏa hoạn, lũ lụt, thiên tai khác, thiên tai, hư hỏng liên quan đến vận chuyển, xây dựng hoặc lắp đặt không được bảo hành theo chế độ bảo hành này.

10. Sự sơ suất, xói mòn, thoát nước không đúng cách, độ lún hoặc dịch chuyển của kết cấu nơi lắp đặt sàn sẽ làm mất hiệu lực bảo hành.

11. Chất lượng sản phẩm, lỗi về vật liệu hoặc lỗi không vượt quá 5% vật liệu sẽ không được bảo hành.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Bảo hành này có thể được chuyển nhượng một lần, trong vòng năm [5] năm kể từ ngày mua ban đầu. Việc đăng ký bảo hành phải được thực hiện trong vòng ba mươi [30] ngày kể từ ngày mua vật liệu.

Việc không đăng ký trong khung thời gian này sẽ làm mất hiệu lực bảo hành này.
